We have reached our last Canadian-made look of the week from Toronto clothing label Ziliotto. Ziliotto provides effortless style to their customers through easy to wear wardrobe essentials that are simply individualized to celebrate style personality. Each season these collections are thoroughly designed with the stylish modern woman in mind. They truly celebrate women’s individuality through elegant feminine pieces for women of all shapes and sizes. I love the mix of sophisticated and casual styling in this 100% lyocell denim tunic, that retails for $168. The patch pockets and drawstring hem bring a practicality to this casual look. Today I have paired this outfit with a pair of Elementals rose-gold drop earrings.
Comfy stripes are a staple to the summer as they’ll keep you stylish during the work week and casual-chic on your weekend at the cottage. Tunic dresses are known for their simplicity, and Ziliotto has mastered this look as each season we can rely on their figure friendly striped tunics. Ziliotto is a great supporter of local businesses and manufacturers; all their designs are produced in Canada from the highest quality of fabrics. This Canadian-made summer dress retails for $138 and can be found at all three Ziliotto locations.

Strolling in the summery sun is what this Ziliotto dress is made for! I love the unique periwinkle spot print that works as a great neutral for dressing up or down. Another great style for belting at the waist or pairing with your colorful leggings and skinny jeans, this dress is extremely versatile. Made from bamboo it is easy to care and wear, and if properly machine washed in cold - it shall last you a long time! Bamboo holds great color! I love the subtle button detail on the three quarter length sleeves it emphasizes the cute and classy silhouette.

Day two of Ziliotto week. Today I’m keeping it casual with this two piece set that is extremely versatile for all year wear. Whether you style this 100%organic cotton skirt for a nice summer brunch or pair it with your favourite funky wool stockings for winter, you can get a lot of wear out of this skirt. I love the button front detail and it doesn’t come with the hassle of actually using this for the closure, it has a nice center back invisible zip. To make this look even comfier I am wearing their fabulous fitting gray bamboo/organic cotton t-shirt, Canadian-made it retails for $46. Today I have paired this look with a lovely little clutch from eco label, JOOL.

This week we are exploring the latest collection from Toronto label, Ziliotto. This label was founded by Jennifer Ziliotto Durand who always creates her seasonal collections with a Parisian inspired essence. I promise, the five outfits you’ll see this week will have you running to one of their three trendy Toronto shops to update your spring wardrobe! Up first, is a beautiful silk dress that has a feminine yet straight silhouette with a gathered bust line. This dress has hidden side-seam pockets and retails for $250. Whether you gather it at the waist or not, this dress is easy to wear! With it I am sporting a RIMANCHIK leather belt called the Sasha that is proudly Montreal-made.
When shopping local you are treated to unique finds and one of a kind works of art. Designer Kathryn Shura of Curious Oddities builds jewellery each season that is made from a mix of new and old. She loves to spend her time thrifting through antique markets finding old clocks, pendents and chains that will bring new style to women everywhere. Whether it’s the resin rosettes, Great Gatsby inspired bling and pearls or her trademark clock necklaces - each season there is something for everyone on every budget. I was lucky to get a studio tour and see how they handle the day to day at the Curious Oddities studio. Along with this Kat gave me the inside scoop on her seasonal inspiration and personal favourites from her latest collection.
